Hey all!
- IT’S JUNE!!!! SUMMER! (at least in my timezone, hehe)
- Looking at number 1: time to get my shit together. I wrote down my action plan, stats and current situation - being open with you all on this blog over a long-long time - and… well, I’ll return to it in August. We’ll see.
- My dad just came home drunk. (Not really relevant but he’s hilarious like this.) Heheheee.

Today’s dinner
- some 100g cottage cheese
- some 50-60g feta cheese
- an enormous tomato
- third of a long-ass cucumber
- a handful of rucola
- a handful of cashew nuts
- pepper
…which was mainly throw-together-everything-you-have-that’s-gonna-go-bad-very-soon but managed to taste pretty damn delicious. And the best part? A healthy dinner made me feel much better – and I’ve been feeling like crap for days.
Sidenote: the superfood cottage cheese tastes much better with feta.
New tumblr theme and I like it a lot, for a change.
In the airport. Alone. I think I’m scared. In Frankfurt in a few hours and then to Vienna and Bratislava.
Have my running clothes with me. Definitely excited for that!
I am dead tired and I’m going to watch The Breakfast Club.

I’m reading about a girl drinking lemonade and eating clay.
Is it too weird that I kinda want to do it too?
Cutting the crap, is fasting healthy?

Since I’m already on a food roll… this is dinner. My I’m-sick-need-comforting dinner. Mashed potatoes, grilled salmon, cherry tomatoes with greek yogurt.
I’ve been really healthy today, too (though I’ve lowered my standards, too): nut muesli with milk, fruit, what was on the previous picture, this and a teaspoon of PB. And a lot of tea and some water. And pills my school doctor gave me. I feel really good about this — maybe that’s the first step to getting my eating-sleeping-training regime in order.
